We currently offer free shipping to US destinations available at checkout. Enter your complete delivery address to check availability. If your destination cannot be selected, contact us before ordering. Additional international destinations will be added as delivery options become available.

PALBLOOM holds stock and packs and ships orders directly. Free shipping on US orders is included in the product price. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Estimated delivery to the United States is 7–10 business days after dispatch. Dispatch time is separate from transit time; the delivery estimate begins when the order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather and carrier delays. Contact us if an order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.

For help with tracking, a delayed parcel, a missing delivery or shipping damage, email service1302026@163.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include the tracking number if available. Photos of damage and packaging, where possible, can help us review a delivery problem.

Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs requirements and import charges. If you need to confirm whether an import charge applies to your destination, contact us before placing your order; free shipping is not a representation that customs charges cannot arise.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, email service1302026@163.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We will check whether the order can still be updated. An address change is not confirmed until our team confirms it; changes after dispatch may not be possible.
