These terms apply to purchases and use of palbloom.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please read the product description, delivery information and refund and warranty policy before ordering. Contact us if any information you need to make a purchase is unclear.

Product information

Product features, supported languages, connectivity, apps and age recommendations can vary by model. Please check the individual product page and manufacturer instructions. Edited product images and AI lifestyle illustrations are identified where used; colors may look different on different screens. A lifestyle illustration does not establish a product feature.

Any manufacturer app, account or connected service may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. Do not assume an unlisted language, service or accessory is included.

Prices, payment and orders

Store prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Review the order total, shipping and any taxes shown at checkout before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout, including PayPal. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not mean the order has shipped. If a material description or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you with the correction before proceeding. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will refund the affected purchase to the original payment method.

Delivery, refunds and warranty

US shipping is included in the product price. We hold stock and pack and ship orders ourselves. Dispatch is within 48 hours; estimated US transit is 7–10 business days after dispatch.

See our shipping guide and refund and warranty policy for the full arrangements, including eligible seven-day defect refunds without a return, the original product’s one-year limited warranty and six-month replacement warranty. These policies form part of the purchase information.

Order changes and website use

For a cancellation or address correction, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check the order’s status and tell you whether the request can still be accommodated. Changes after dispatch may not be possible. Nothing in these terms restricts a cancellation or refund right required by applicable law.

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person’s information or submit fraudulent orders. Keep any account credentials secure.

Privacy, questions and your rights

These terms and our voluntary policies do not exclude or limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Updates apply prospectively; changes will not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
